Thanks for your comment. I bought it at a local shop here in Utah, but it is from the Riley collection by Anna Griffin. I found some on Etsy today, & you may be able to find it elsewhere too.
So cute! Your sketch is almost as nice as the finished quilt would be. My analytical mind likes how all of the flags are the same height, but I’m wondering what it would look like with different heights of flags…
